The Southern California Schools Employee Benefits Association (SCSEBA) is a jointly managed Joint Powers Authority (JPA) providing comprehensive benefits solutions for school districts and community colleges throughout California. Our joint labor and management structure assures that not only are all voices heard in the decision making process, but that both labor and management have the knowledge and information necessary to make informed decisions about what's best for their district as well as the JPA.

As President of SCSEBA, I work with the Board of Directors toward meeting the needs of our member entities through comprehensive programs, products and cost-effective services that schools can count on for their medical and fringe benefit programs.
